Cross Over Exercises

Thank you for introducing both myself and my partner to a new and exciting way of using our minds. I have been experiencing some wonderful things in my PP. I use your techniques at work and daily do cross-over exercises. Actually I find at work when I feel tired that standing up and doing cross overs, followed by 5-10 minutes of meditation picks me up and makes me feel refreshed.
