Quitting Smoking

I have been a fairly heavy smoker (30-a-day) for twenty-seven years.  I did not make a big deal about the smoking as a goal, but it was there in the background the whole time.  On the Wednesday following the seminar, I had my last cigarette after dinner.  Very cool, no fuss - I just KNEW it was my last cigarette.   That was over a week ago.  I have had no urge to smoke (just a feeling of "what's missing?"), I haven't been irritable or cranky (haven't beaten the kids once!) and I feel just great - and not a little pleased with myself .

I went on and applied the techniques to releasing weight.  I released 5 stone - my self esteem soared, relationships improved - you can just imagine all the great effects can't you? I am really pleased!

I've been a heavy smoker for most of my life & had a bad cough. Using my PP I've now quit smoking, have put on weight - which is a good thing in my case. I feel much healthier and friends have told me I am no longer coughing.

Before attending your CALM Seminar I was smoking maybe 10-15 cigarettes a day.  I was living on a lot of nervous energy as you can imagine.   I never felt comfortable with myself or my life to speak truthfully.  Since attending your seminar, this may surprise you, I've no desire to have a cigarette.  My life now is going through the best cycle I've ever known.  I've met wonderful friends, I've never been comfortable before with myself and my life.  I'm relaxing better, eating better and living better than I ever have.  I've finally found a part of my self worth and I thank you.
