My daughter attended your Childrens Seminar and since then she has been integrating the PP technique (relaxation and visualisation) into her everyday life - especially during performances and competitions.  This year she gained 3rd place, highly commended in her Ballet Eisteddfod and also, she succeeded in the gymnastics competition at her school.  Thought you'd like to know.
